If the ZenGo isn't working properly, it's always best to first try to reset it. To do this, follow these instructions:

  1. Access the control center on your iOS device by either double tapping on the home button (on iPhone 8 or below) or by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (on iPhone X and above). 

  2. Next, simply swipe up on the ZenGo app to force quit it.
