Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ERC20 transactions must be confirmed by the blockchain before they appear in your wallet.

Still don’t see it? In Zengo, go to the activity list, then tap the pending transaction to see its status. For even more information, you can tap the status line to see its detailed confirmation status in the Bitcoin or Ethereum explorers.

If you are unhappy with the time it’s taking your transaction to be completed, you can use Zengo’s Speed Up feature to get it confirmed more quickly (only in case it was not confirmed by the blockchain yet).

To speed up a transaction, go to the history tab, then tap a transaction to see its details. If it’s still pending, you should see a Speed Up button at the bottom of the screen. Tap it to speed up the original transaction. You will be charged additional network fees* in order to speed up.

Works for BTC, ETH, and ERC20 tokens.

*Network fees change over time based on network conditions and are not paid to Zengo.
