On Zengo, swipe right  on the asset you wish to receive, click "receive" and copy the appropriate address. 

Login to Kraken and click: Account dropdown > Withdrawal > Search for currency > Input address and amount > Click Withdraw

Your deposit should appear within a few minutes in your Zengo wallet (depending on the network speed).
