Our recovery system accurately verifies both signs of likeness and liveness so that it is it cannot be spoofed by either a picture, a video, or a deep fake and is even secure against 3D masks (more here ).

The secure technology, used by major services and battle-tested over millions of users, is backed by a $600,000 security bounty program, which has been tried over 130 000 times without any successful attempts.

Unlike traditional crypto wallets, only our customers (not even us) can restore their own accounts, and their information always remains private.

PS: note that if you have an identical twin, both Apple, and Google do not recommend you use biometrics security (although even a perfect twin would not gain access to your Zengo account with the biometrics alone, as they would also need your email and recovery kit file)
